I made the perfect Eggplant Parmesan.
(I'm still enjoying having picked them on November 17! even the small ones)
If I had a green house, I could have left the plants out longer and the tiny fruit and all the blossoms I just lost, could have kept me in Eggplant over the winter! Come to mention it, I could have tomatoes still growing too if I had a greenhouse. Hmm.
Now the last of the tomatoes is another post entirely.
