The post is all white because Yup, it was a snow day.
Now, all kidding around aside...
Breakfast (big surprise here...)
1 egg omelet + handful of blueberries
Lunch
Guacamole + Corn chips
Supper
Scallops
Grilled asparagus & butternut squash
(I simply threw them under the broiler for about 15 minutes with a light drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil)
mmm
Now onto family movie night...
