God spoke clearly to us at the beginning of the year about this being the season for us to begin our adoption journey and that He would provide in a loaves and fishes manner all finances for it. We believe He moves through the hearts of the people to give in whatever way they can to support His heart for Adoption. We ultimately need to raise about $29,000, with over half of that amount going to our Travel back and forth to Latvia. We must travel 3 times to complete our adoption.

This blog that blog the other blog... but who am I???

I am a painter, blessed to be a wife to a fabulous guy & a mommy to 3 lovely kiddos (T-15, M-7, S- 2) and now we have a tiny angel in heaven. I am my Beloveds and He is mine. I love to paint "en plein air" - French for "in open air". I enjoy painting prophetically at HOP. I homeschool our children and I bake our bread & enjoy cooking really good food. Our family is mindfully organic and frugal. One of our beautiful children is on a gluten and casein free diet. My kids have always loved their vegetables and fruits. I have liked "digging in the dirt" as long as I can remember and get that itch every spring, summer, fall and again about mid-winter.

I really want my own vegetable garden, greenhouse and fruit tree grove, with fabulous flowers everywhere! ~ wait, did I mention the potting shed and grape arbor? :) Then, in my free time, I will sit outside and paint the beauty of it all! :)

I keep a garden of raised beds, earthboxes and various containers.
