Praise God, the cast is OFF.

He won't be walking for a couple of weeks, except to limp with a walker, but still... he can move around a little all by himself.

The current preferred method of movement
is actually NOT with a walker, rather to scoot.

Dr. O said to be particulary careful to NOT FALL. His bones still show healing on x-ray. His bones and metal all look good. He is allowed to toe touch only right now and work up to steps in a couple of weeks.
