Today our Dossier went to our Adoption Agency via Fed-Ex.
11/1/11 at 1:11pm True Story.
It will be checked and double checked and then head on it's way to Latvia for Translation.
Very Exciting.
There is one tiny piece of paper to join our Dossier at a later date = USCIS Approval I-797.
