Small, after drinking from the kitty's bowl
Really, he just poured it all over himself
What a silly boy, grabbed the water dish, tipped it up to his mouth and had his tongue hanging out across the bottom. It poured all over his onesie and baby jeans!
YUK! At least it was not the food bowl!
